Nope- we can figure it out together.
What if I have a vision board or a folder of ideas already. Do I need this?
The Vision to Venue Package will be the perfect plan for you before you put down any deposits and want all of your pieces fit together. We will make sure you have a strategic roadmap to follow so you have everything you need and nothing falls through the cracks. And then, we will execute it perfectly so your attendees will be saying, "Where can I sign up for the next one?!"
How far in advance should I start planning for my retreat?
Let's reverse engineer this question. Let's say you are planning your retreat on a certain date (approximate). You will want to start selling your spots 4-6 months (or more) in advance so you can offer a payment plan. You will want to start promoting for at least 4 weeks before sales go live. The perfect time to complete your Vision to Venue plan is
6-12 months before your retreat.
Does the Vision to Venue work for planning a Workshop or Conference?
Yes, although it is designed for multi-day retreat planning, it will also work for in-person workshops and small conference planning. Since it is uniquely tailored for your event, we can customize the plan to fit your needs. Additional services may be suggested for conference planning.
Do you have a payment plan for your services?
Of course! In-person retreats and events are unique because deposits are often required for venues and vendors before ticket sales come in. We will carefully budget expenses to determine ticket prices so you cover your expenses and pay yourself a profit.

We can get started planning with a deposit based on your custom quote, and final payment is due at the END of the event- I am that confident that you will be thrilled with how it turns out.
