  • Serve as your point of contact for the venue, vendors, team, and emergencies.

  • Concierge support for your guests so they feel special and supported.

  • On-the-ground assistant so YOU can lead, teach, and connect with confidence. 

  • On schedule venue check out/ load out checklist so you get your deposit back, but not at the expense of the perfect send off experience for your guests.

FAQ
  • Will you help before the retreat, too?
    We will have conversations before the event to make sure everything is in order and all of the details are buttoned up.
    We both want your event to go smoothly, so we can decide how best to keep in touch (Ex. email, text, Voxer).
    Small details can be worked out, but planning the big parts would fit into another, more extensive package.
  • Will you contact my vendors to let them know you are their point person?
    I'd be happy to introduce myself virtually to your vendors before the event and provide them with my contact info.
    You will be responsible for selecting the vendors and signing any contracts.
  • Will you provide your contact information to my attendees?
    Absolutely- you and I will decide how you want to introduce me to them, and give them instructions on how to contact me (example: text, Voxer, WhatsApp, etc.) I suggest you set up an inner-team chat/ text thread and a separate attendee chat/ text thread with one point person who can delegate questions to the right person if needed.
  • When is payment due?
    Once we decide on the custom quote, a 50% deposit is required so I can hold your date and make travel plans. The remaining 50% is due on the final day of the retreat. I'm confident that you will be thrilled with my service, so I don't require full payment in advance.
  • What happens if I need to cancel?
    Once you book your date and sign your contract with me, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
