  • Is this a group coaching program?
    No- this is a private planning experience, just for you. You'll get Zoom and voice support to map out your options and make decisions with confidence. I'll advise you every step of the way.
  • Do I need to have a date or venue before we start?
    Nope- we can figure it out together.
  • What if I have a vision board or a folder of ideas already. Do I need this?
    The Retreat Roadmap will be the perfect plan for you before you put down deposits and want to make sure all of your pieces fit together. We will make sure you have a strategic roadmap to follow so you have everything you need and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • How far in advance should I start planning with the Retreat Roadmap?
    Let's reverse engineer this question. Let's say you are planning your retreat on a certain date (approximate). You will want to start selling your spots 4-6 months (or more) in advance so you can offer a payment plan. You will want to start promoting for at least 4 weeks before sales go live. The perfect time to complete your RETREAT ROADMAP is
    6-12 months before your retreat.
  • Does the RETREAT ROADMAP work for planning a Workshop or Conference?
    Yes, although it is designed for multi-day retreat planning, it will also work for in-person workshops and small conference planning. Since it is uniquely tailored for your event, we can customize the plan to fit your needs. Additional services may be suggested for conference planning.
